These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the services offered through it (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service — including browsing, voting, registering an account, submitting listings, or making payments — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by law to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of unauthorized use if you become aware of it.

2. The Service

We provide a public ranking and discovery platform for private game servers and related websites. Features may include listings, voting, categories, member accounts, premium listing upgrades, advertising tokens, and related tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not host the listed servers, are not affiliated with game publishers or license holders unless stated otherwise, and do not moderate the gameplay content of third-party servers.

3. Server Listings and Content

If you submit or manage listings, you represent that you have the right to provide the information and materials you upload (including names, descriptions, images, banners, and links). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for your listings and for compliance with applicable laws, game publisher terms, and third-party rights. We may remove, edit, deactivate, or decline to display listings that violate these Terms, appear inaccurate or misleading, or harm the Service or other users.

We may periodically verify that listing URLs are reachable. If automated checks fail repeatedly, we may deactivate a listing so it no longer appears in public rankings, search, or voting. Deactivation does not necessarily delete your listing data. You may be able to re-activate an eligible listing from your account when your site is available again.

4. Voting and Fair Use

Voting features are provided to reflect community interest. You agree not to manipulate votes through bots, scripts, multiple identities, incentives that violate law or third-party rules, or other abusive behavior. We apply daily vote limits, cooldowns, IP checks, and other measures to protect ranking integrity, and may disregard or remove votes or listings we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.

5. Payments, Tokens, and Premium Features

Certain features require payment, such as purchasing advertising tokens or premium listing upgrades. Prices, packages, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. All sales are final except where required by applicable law.

Tokens and premium time are credited to your account after we confirm payment. Cryptocurrency payments must be sent to the exact amount shown on the invoice. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect payment amounts, unsupported networks, or delays on third-party payment networks.

Premium features and token balances have no cash value, are non-transferable except as expressly allowed by the Service, and may be forfeited if your account is suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activity.
Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others; post hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content; or violate others’ intellectual property or privacy rights.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ accounts, or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or scrape or overload the Service in a way that impairs its operation.
Provide false or misleading information when registering, voting, or submitting listings.
Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive links.
Circumvent vote limits, payment requirements, or other technical restrictions.

7. Third-Party Servers and Links

The Service lists and links to third-party game servers and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, downtime, data practices, or conduct. Your use of third-party servers is at your own risk and subject to those parties’ terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Game names, logos, and related assets may be trademarks of their respective owners. Except as expressly allowed in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT RANKINGS OR VOTE COUNTS REFLECT ANY PARTICULAR STANDARD OF QUALITY OR SAFETY OF THIRD-PARTY SERVERS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content or listings, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law).

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
